• Any siblings of 2025–26 ESTF students can apply starting November 1, 2025
• Priority applications open on January 15, 2026
• General applications opens on February 9, 2026
• The latest possible application date is July 8, 2026 for the first quarterly ESTF distribution of $1908. Max of $7634 per child per academic year.
• Eligibility rules change for 2026. It will now be 500% or below of the federal poverty level FPL. In 2025 it was 300% of FPL. This means a family of 5 may have an income up to $188,250 for 2026 applications in contrast to 2025 at 300% of FPL $112,950 for the same family.

• All 10,000 scholarships for the 20/25–26 school year have been awarded but parents should still join the wait list to stay in the loop for the 2026–27 applications. There are already 3000 on the waiting list
